Technology Business Analyst
The Technical Business Analyst in Client Mortgage Solutions is a key Functional role supporting business growth by supporting new project, solutions and platforms while maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced Agile/SCRUM development environment that has a tremendous impact on the success of the company. This role will be responsible for managing customer (internal and external) relationships and ensuring success of the projects. The Techincal Business Analyst will apply a methodical approach in communicating project goals and objectives to customers, identifying internal and external customer needs and ensuring all project goals and timelines are met.

Specific responsibilities include:
Responsible for maintaining key relationships with our internal and external customers on projects.
Identifies customer requirements and issues by interviewing them; analyzing operations; documenting and verifying results.
Working along with project manager and responsible for communicating project goals and timelines to customers.
Active participation in problem analysis, resolution and triage migration issues.
2 to 3 years of experience with file transfer protocols.
Active Role in System incident management and Change Process.
Prepares documentation for the Support resources on new functionality and supporting material for analysis of customer issues.
Provide clients support throughout migration (including running ad hoc queries on clients' behalf)
3+ years' experience working in an IT environment.
Strong attention to detail, organization, decision-making, and self-administrative skills required.
An Agile mindset is absolutely needed.
Any development or QC experience would be a plus.
2 to 3 years of experience with File Transfer Protocols.
Customer facing and coordination experience is required. Ability to communicate with management, both internally and externally.
Must have experience creating and making presentations to external customers.
Experience with SAAS based architectures would be preferable.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite - including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
