Client Services Manager Trainee

Randstad is seeking an enthusiastic person for a Client Services Trainee position with our client, a provider of institutional pharmacy services in Arlington, TX. The person in this role will work to develop understanding of the company's pharmacy operations and client business models, utilize data and metrics for reporting and analysis, and support the company's initiatives to achieve revenue growth in accordance with company's policies. The goal of this position is to transition to Client Services Manager after six+ months of training.


--Works with the Director, Client Reporting & Analytics to learn data elements the Pharmacy Services Optimization Program (PSOP) from the ground up.

--Works with the Director, Client Reporting & Analytics to learn data elements of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) from the ground up.

--Works with the Director, Client Services to translate the PSOP and QBR data elements into meaningful Client facing dialogue while developing the necessary understanding of pharmacy operations and client business models.

--Works with the Director, Client Services to learn to deploy advanced, consultative, and strategic account management tactics and approach to developing exceptional Client relationships with the companys clients and customers.

--Works in the Client Services team to assist in managing clients and customers.

Works directly with key company and client management team(s) to deliver on client commitments and to meet service-level agreements.

--Provides educational materials to facilitate compliance with company procedures, tools and resources.

--Ensures an overall positive experience for the assigned client base.

--Compiles client reports and assists with CRM data management and issue resolution management.

--Works with Billing/Collections to ensure that corporate billing and receivable standards are achieved.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


--Basic computer skills.

--Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

--Outstanding problem solving skills

--Experience in root cause analysis

--Able to collaborate cross-functionally

--Experience working within a team

--Written and verbal communication skills

--Salesforce.com and Axiom experience preferred

--Previous experience in a project management and client-facing customer service role preferred

--Strong background in administrative management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once.




Entry Level


--Bachelors Degree in business or related field. MBA preferred.

--Previous experience in a client management, customer service, or client support role; previous experience in a client support role within a healthcare setting or other business-to-business setting is a plus.

The company is offering a salary of $45,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
