Our client is an innovative Tech company located in the heart of Dunwoody who is seeking a front desk admin for either a part time or full time role. Their office is a colorful, vibrant space that is sure to make any work day a cheerful one.
Greet visitors and manage the reception area to ensure effective visitor, telephone and mail coverage to maintain a professional image.
Answer main office phone/door and set up a system to work in cooperation with others to ensure office phone/door coverage.
Sort and distribute all mail for the office.
Daily maintenance of break room including procurement of all office snacks and beverages
Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, and office staples such as snacks, drinks, coffee service, paper products, etc.
Organize activities and projects such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities based in the Atlanta region.
Assist finance with review of expense reports and reconciliation of monthly office purchases and invoices.
Act as a liaison with other departments, global locations, customers, and outside agencies, including high-level staff and executives.
Assist HR with administrative tasks including new hire paperwork, interviews, events, maintaining the company directory, and other duties as needed.
Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.
Responsible for providing biometric access to office doors and requesting and distributing building access keys through building property management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Proactive planning and organizational skills.
Can-do attitude, willingness to jump in and help or take the lead as needed.
Strong work ethic with a very "hands-on" mentality.
Very high sense of urgency and used to working at a fast pace.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Computer proficiency, especially MS Office. -Proven quick learner with computer systems and processes.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to negotiate effectively.
Excellent independent judgment to prioritize a large and diverse workload.
Outstanding attention to detail and follow through.
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
? At least two years of office management experience
