Human Resources Business Partner

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Our client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their incredible culture they have worked so hard to create. In this role, you would be working directly with all lines of business providing counsel and support.


Partner with Senior Leaders within the organization regularly.

Serve assigned lines of business in all manners of HR.

Have a true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

Provide coaching and mentoring to all levels of employees and managers.

Create and drive effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs.

Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct thorough, effective and objective investigations.

Assist on audit requests to ensure compliance.

Have a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Proven history of delivering results in an HR function

Organized and attention-to-detail approach (strong, tactical execution)

Familiarity with legal requirements, regulations, compliance issues and best practices across multiple states

Proven ability to understand and explain complex concepts to others

Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment

Strong business acumen

High level of integrity - must show good judgement and confidentiality at all times

Familiar with HRIS (Paycor preferred)

Strong Excel skills

Experience working with benefit brokers






BA/BS; or equivalent related experience.

8-10 years of experience in HR with demonstrated growth and increased responsibilities

3-5 years? experience in a Senior HR Business Partner role

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
