Call Center Representative Inbound

Answer inbound calls from Texas Medicaid/Medicare members, Providers, and external vendors with a willingness to help and care for the health of our members.

Responsibilities:

Answer questions pertaining to benefit information, claim status, medical authorizations, health plan documents, appeals and complaints process and product information.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:

Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

High School

Experience:

Experienced

Qualifications:

1 year of Healthcare Call Center experience is required

High School Diploma/GED is required.
