Compliance Review Administrator

Fortune 500 company and provider of commercial and retail banking, investment, and mortgage services is looking for a skilled Compliance Admin!


Under general supervision, examines documents for compliance and processes payments under import/export and standby letters of credit.

  • Examines import/export/standby documents against letter of credit requirements

  • Performs data entry of transaction details in automated letter of credit system

  • Assists customers in resolving document issues & discrepancies

  • Prepares cover letters and courier receipts

  • Sorts, copies and mails documents per letter of credit requirements

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


  • Strong data entry skills (at least 45WPM)

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skill

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of position related experience
