Are you looking for a Sr. Market Research position with a fortune 500 healthcare company? I am looking to fill a 5 month contract role.

  • The Senior Specialist will develop and drive a research agenda to support insight development and communication to internal stakeholders.

  • The Under 500 Buyer Group, focused on U.S. employers with 50-499 employees, is complex, competitive, challenging and pricesensitive. These small to mid-size clients have a small HR staff and benefits administration is done by one or two people - some ofwhom do multiple jobs besides medical benefits. The marketing team is continually challenged to identify ways to differentiate the organizationand provide B2B and B2B2C programs that effectively arm the Sales team for success.

Market Research Senior Specialist - Job Duties:

The Market Research Senior Specialist will report to GMRI leadership and will be responsible for supporting multiple internal clients and a variety of key initiatives. The Senior Specialist will develop and drive a research agenda to support insight development and communication to internal stakeholders. The role collaborates across all levels of the organization to define business and research objectives and recommend and execute appropriate research designs. Ultimately, the Senior Specialist ensures research is conducted with business actions in mind, at the highest quality levels to build trust and confidence in the insights and implications that support key business decisions.

In addition, this position will be responsible for:

  • Quality control

  • Vendor management

  • Compliance with internal and external regulations

  • Keeping up to date on latest methodologies and technology

  • Synthesis of insights across multiple projects, sources etc.

  • Clear and convincing communication of insights

  • Other relevant tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • B.A. degree or Master's or equivalent experience. Experience Level: 5+ years.

  • End-to-end research management experience: engage stakeholders in research planning, design, execute, analyze, present findings and drive insights to actions

  • Merge data from different sources to conduct analysis and identify insights

  • Proven experience managing and extracting insights from both quantitative and qualitative researches

  • Proven experience managing research vendors

  • Bachelor's degree

  • A minimum of 5 years market research experience

  • Proficient with cleaning data and running basic analysis using Excel e.g. using vlookup, pivot table, and running correlation

  • Proficient with creating impactful presentations from scratch (run analysis, chart, and write up recommendations)

  • Comfortable leading in a highly collaborative setting, ability to effectively influence and work with senior leaders

  • Track record in driving a research agenda with real impact in a complex and matrixed business environment

  • Experience with programming surveys and creating dashboards on Qualtrics platform
