Junior Technical Analyst

We are currently looking for multiple Junior Technical Analysts for a reputable and growing fortune 500 company located in North Quincy. This location offers free parking and is also steps for the North Quincy Redline T Stop and will offer candidates competitive pay and the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with a premier company in the Northeast. The position will offer candidates to ability to gain valuable experience working in a corporate environment and will have the opportunity to convert to a direct hire opportunity down the road.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Remotely troubleshoot issues on problem calls from clients and technicians.

  • Professionally and accurately handle customer requests including technical inquiries.

  • Answer routine questions regarding service installation, product features, and component-level problems

  • Follow up with customers and internal departments to confirm that issues have been resolved in a timely manner that is satisfactory to the customer.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Excellent multitasking ability

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Sound analytical ability, problem solving skills and technical knowledge

  • Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter
