What will you do in this role?

  • You'll be the the primary point of contact that assists employees with all benefit and leave related issues.

  • You will process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations and partner with teammates on the annual open enrollment process; assist in managing the flow of information to employees, arranging informational meetings, and ensuring that all elections are updated in a timely manner

  • You will educate employees and managers on leaves of absences (i.e. FMLA, ADA, Unpaid Leave, etc.)

  • You will support the new hire orientation to staff when appropriate

  • You may support Worker's Compensation claims by filing reports and working with insurers

What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree and PHR/HR Certification preferred

  • 1-3 years of benefits administration experience is required; must have familiarity with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, OSHA, and other federal and state laws that impact benefits administration

  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Excel

  • Familiarity/experience with Workday or Ultipro HRIS is a plus
