Talent Management and Event Logistics Specialist

  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of event logistics for all HR-owned events, including but not limited to: room reservations and audiovisual equipment, coordination with Facilities on seating layout, travel and lodging arrangements for guest speakers and candidates, coordination of catering arrangements, and management of attendee list and invites.

  • Partner closely with the Specialty Programs team to provide logistics support and program coordination for all Specialty Programs events across U.S. sites (e.g., Capstone Presentation, guest speakers, team meetings, etc.).

  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of recruiting transactions, including but not limited to: scheduling interviews and associated travel and lodging, coordinating expense reimbursements, managing the pre-hire process to confirm candidate eligibility, coordinating approved candidate relocation packages, validating and processing crew referrals, assembling and distributing the job offer package, supporting the rehire process, managing the onboarding process for new hires, confirming new hire presence on starting date, and distributing and administering new hire surveys.


  • Modify scheduled interview and travel plans to address unforeseen changes in candidate, hiring manager, or transportation availability.--

  • Support the onboarding of new hires, including the processing of new hire paperwork, the deployment of new hire and manager surveys, and coordination of all new hire communications, onboarding plans, and checklists

  • Build strong working relationships with external vendors related to background checks and drug screening as part of the pre-hire eligibility process in conjunction with Recruiters.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills






  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Minimum two years general experience and one year industry technology.

  • Basic knowledge of talent management policies and procedures

  • Proven teamwork capabilities
