Our client is looking for a Global Service Desk Technician for their Chicago office. This person will support over 2,000 users globally.

salary: $60,000 - 75,000 per year

work hours: 8 to 6

education: Associates

responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for resolving queries via telephone, ticketing system and email

qualifications:

  • Global support experience is a BIG PLUS!

  • This person will be on the first line of support for the Global Service Desk. This team manages the majority of issues on their own, they do very little escalating.

  • MUST HAVE excellent communication and customer service skills, along with strong written skills

  • Attention to detail is a must!
