Human Resource Manager

job summary:

This position will support this company's City of Industry branch with all related HR functions. This role with work directly with the Director of HR.

education: Bachelor's degree

experience: 2 Years

responsibilities:

  • Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing candidates, conducting assessments and interviews, onboarding new hires, creating and updating new hire information on HRIS system, and maintaining retention.

  • Administer background checks and pre-employment drug screen

  • Support managers and employees with any questions relating to HR policies and procedures.

  • Develop training and performance management programs and interface with management to implement these programs

  • Create and maintain compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys

  • Investigate and resolve employee relation issues, concerns and conflicts

  • Ensure all employment/HR practices comply with federal, state and local regulations

  • Process workers compensation, injury/Illness

  • Completing timely reports on employment activity

  • Maintains employee records

qualifications:

  • Experienced in culture development, recruiting, communicating with managers of all levels and departments, and employment laws

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study.

  • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources Management and Recruiting
