This position will support this company's City of Industry branch with all related HR functions. This role with work directly with the Director of HR.

Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing candidates, conducting assessments and interviews, onboarding new hires, creating and updating new hire information on HRIS system, and maintaining retention.
Administer background checks and pre-employment drug screen
Support managers and employees with any questions relating to HR policies and procedures.
Develop training and performance management programs and interface with management to implement these programs
Create and maintain compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
Investigate and resolve employee relation issues, concerns and conflicts
Ensure all employment/HR practices comply with federal, state and local regulations
Process workers compensation, injury/Illness
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Maintains employee records
Experienced in culture development, recruiting, communicating with managers of all levels and departments, and employment laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study.
3+ years' experience in Human Resources Management and Recruiting
