Senior Revenue Management Analyst

Randstad Professionals is searching for a Senior Revenue Management Analyst in the Clearwater area.

location: Clearwater, Florida

salary: $65,000 - 70,000 per year

education: Bachelor's degree

experience: 3 Years


  • Handle cost report/reimbursement experience.

  • Must be familiar with DSH (disproportionate share), GME (graduate medical education), Medicare bad debts, wage index reporting

  • Prepare hospital cost reports

  • Rev Analyst - Medicare Admin Contractors - audit, Medicare

  • Prepare cost reports

  • Lawson - need to know how to get into it; use Essbase for access

  • MUST be familiar with MAC terminology

  • leadership role within the Reimbursement department

  • Able to work independently and with little supervision

  • Prior experience working for a CMS MAC (Medicare Administrative Contractor) on their provider audit and reimbursement would be ideal!


  • Required Bachelor's Accounting or Finance, prefer MBA

  • Required 3+ years Reimbursement

  • Required 3+ years Revenue Cycle

  • Required 3+ years Hospital in related field

  • CPA preferred

Compensation includes salary in the $65-$70K+ range w/great benefits. Prefer local candidates but open to relocation discussion if reasonable.
