Sales Coordinator

Our client in Concord, Ma is looking for a Sales Administration Specialist. As a member of the Shared Services group, the Sales Administration Coordinator is responsible for

proactively coordinating new instrument sales orders and quotations, and providing internal support to Sales Representatives and Management within the organization.


Processing New Instrument Sales orders for assigned organizational Divisions.

Reviewing Customer Orders and Contracts to ensure all listed terms can be accepted against company policies.

Providing support and back-up coverage to fellow team members for non-assigned divisional

orders processing.

Invoice and order revision processing.

Processing Sales quotations within allotted time frames.

Maintaining accurate Sales and Customer records in database and CRM; manage order and activity


Communicate with overseas manufacturing and logistics departments to track order

acknowledgements, delivery dates and coordinate accurate customer invoicing.

Updating Sales Reps on order status, delivery details and customer inquiries.

Provide order acknowledgements, updates and information to customers in a timely manner.

Handle incoming sales calls and correspondence, alerting reps and/or managers to urgent issues.

Contributes to quality customer service and acts as an extension of the sales team when

representatives are away from the office

Develop a thorough understanding of the company industry and unique business goals and needs.

Coordinate internal resources across departments to ensure customers success, presenting the best customer experience possible and solidifying future growth in company accounts.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Minimum of Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.

  • 2+ years' experience using Oracle/CRM/SAP based software.

  • 5+ years' experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.

  • 5+ years' experience in customer service and relations.

  • Prior administrative experience in the technology, manufacturing or scientific instrumentation

industry preferred.
