Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Staffing) at Global Biotech/Pharma Deerfield, IL

Contract: 6 months


The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and coordination of employment processes in accordance with hiring guidelines and policies. This individual will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team and requires extensive interaction with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates/applicants in a high volume and fast paced environment using initiative and excellent time management skills. The chosen individual will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition Team by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.


Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

Create, prepare and send offer letters and New Hire Packets

Assist with candidate sourcing, both active and passive

Process relocation's

Provide timely assistance to recruiters with completing job postings in Workday

Perform various admin duties which support the recruitment function as business needs require

Help manage and provide assistance to candidates, recruiters and hiring managers with the pre-employment process

Assist recruiters in helping to manage external job postings

Other duties, as needed and assigned

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM


Key Relationships:

Recruiters: To help support the various staffing needs of the team and act as a resource for staffing related questions and requests

Hiring Managers: To assist with staffing related questions and requests

Candidates: To assist with pre-employment questions and overall process







One to three years of HR/administrative/recruitment experience along with a Bachelor?s Degree

Ability to work in an extremely customer service, fast paced and detailed environment

Adherence to strict deadlines and confidentiality

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build positive relationships and work well within all levels of the organization

Competence to troubleshoot effectively and apply creative and time saving solutions to various situations

Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency

Ability to positively contribute in a team setting and be adaptable to change priorities quickly

Workday, Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience preferred
