  • Work effectively with the Member Experience lead and across the team to ensure that all assigned projects are effectively managed and executed.

  • Develop and execute member marketing strategies and tactical plans that differentiate us in the marketplace and position us as market leaders (e.g., unique capabilities, offerings, functionality) that deliver on our business goals (e.g. retention, NPS, CAHPS, budget, revenue)

  • Serve as a key resource for the overall coordination and execution of member communication across multiple channels both online and offline.

  • Anticipate current and future customer needs and proactively develop innovative solutions to meet them.

  • Cultivate strong trusting relationships with applicable internal business partners to drive support, understanding and collaboration of our member marketing efforts (e.g., Sales/Account Teams, Product Management, Legal/Compliance, Creative Services, Operations, Digital, Data Analytics)

  • Represent Group Retiree marketing and advocate for the member experience on cross functional work groups

  • Strategically use member insights (VOC, research, test/learn) to ensure continuous program improvement and effectiveness.

  • Maximize use of new and emerging marketing distribution channels when developing marketing strategies (e.g., social media, texting, real time offers)

  • Ensure that marketing initiatives/campaigns adhere to applicable processes/procedures/requirements (e.g. regulatory and legal requirements, review/approval processes, branding)

  • Analyze and report results of marketing campaigns using applicable metrics (e.g., response frequency) and deploy strategies to optimize future performance


Requirements :

  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities from inception to completion

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to develop and implement multi-channel direct-to-consumer member marketing campaigns

  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills

  • Proven experience working within a matrix organization preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe
