Quality Assurance Specialist

A global leader in security & risk management solutions is looking to add a temporary-to-hire, full-time, Quality Assurance Specialist to their team. The schedule for this position has not been solidified yet but will be a full-time opportunity working Monday - Friday. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Verify results received meet federal, state and municipal compliance requirements/restrictions. Update order results based upon these guidelines

  • Follow specific record reporting procedures

  • Meet or exceed production goals over a specific period of time

  • Organize and understand records information via phone, web, or written copies

  • All other duties, as assigned

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of state and federal court documentation, preferred but not necessary

  • Able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision

  • Attentive to details and accuracy

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment under multiple deadlines and competing priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Serve as an effective team member

  • Strong customer service and results orientation

  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office

  • Minimum of 45 wpm

High School

Experienced

Qualifications:

  • Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, drug testing and behavioral selection survey

  • Maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations

  • Exposure to sensitive and confidential information

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

  • Regular computer usage

  • Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or customers

  • Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment

  • Close and distant vision and ability to adjust focus

  • Frequent sitting

  • prior Quality Assurance, court and/or legal knowledge is preferred
