Bilingual Shipping/Receiving Lead

As a shipping and receiving clerk, you are on the front line, making sure that all employees at our company receive deliveries promptly. You also make sure that customers receive the items they ordered in a timely manner, without any mistakes in the delivery. In this way, The shipping clerk will be seen as an important liaison between our business and our clients, making sure that everyone gets what they need quickly and efficiently.


--Receive and process material orders on a daily basis, including accepting deliveries, labeling them and distributing packages and letters internally.

--Coordinate deliveries to customers and clients on a daily basis, including boxing goods, addressing packages, and staying in contact with shipping companies.

--Maintain the warehouse by cleaning, organizing, and labeling items in storage on a regular basis.

--Keep records of goods that have been shipped and received, preparing regular shipping and receiving reports.

--Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by boxing and lifting items as necessary and operating lifts and pallet jacks for large items.

--Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure that there is enough storage space for incoming items and personnel on hand to manage incoming shipments.

--Perform customer service duties as necessary, maintaining good relationships with shipping companies and clients who are receiving goods.

--Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with needed items.

--Track inventory and report any shortages to the purchasing team

--Process orders based on the buyers preferred shipping system (e.g., UPS, FedEx, etc.)

--Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package

--Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM


--Experience with spreadsheet or database software such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Sage

--At least one year of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting

--Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

--written and verbal communications skills

--UPS Worldship, Fed Ex and LTL experience

-- Languages: Spanish is valued


High School




--1+ years= experience in warehouse operations

--Excellent organizational and time management skills

--Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics

--Capable of working a consistent schedule starting at M-T 8:30 AM and Friday at 7:30 Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

--High school diploma or GED equivalent
