Financial Analyst

job summary:

Role: Financial Analyst

Business Function: 3PL Finance

Description of Work:

  • Assist with monthly financial closing by preparing, accruals, analyze various month end reports and revenue reporting.

  • Ongoing interaction with the Customer Relationship Managers and New Business team.

  • Interaction with external and internal customers to resolve issues (outstanding invoices, disputed pricing, quantities received).

  • Financial results review with cost center owner(s).

  • Incoming invoice processing.

  • Generation of monthly client invoices.

  • AR / AP processing.

  • New item setup.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Microsoft Suite

  • Excel Skills (does not necessarily have to be advanced skills)

  • Clear Communication

  • Fun, flexible work schedule (meaning we let the team chose their hours)

  • Opportunity for OT once a month

  • In particular, we're looking for someone who is a fast learner even though they may not possess all of the experience listed within the "description of work".
