Due to the continuous investment in Technology and Innovation, this is a newly created role which offers an excellent opportunity to be instrumental in the introduction of Technology into our business and with our market leading client accounts. The Senior Technology Specialist is responsible for delivering operational efficiency by continuous review and appropriate change to processes and technology. Reporting directly to our EMEA COO, the successful applicant will work with operational colleagues at all levels within EMEA, to remove waste from our processes and properly leverage our investments in recruitment technology.

Key responsibilities are as follows (not not limited to)

  • Understanding usage and discovering new ways of working with our existing technology and recruitment systems

  • Advising on whether under utilised advanced functionalities would give benefits to our clients

  • Change Management; managing process changes and /or configuration changes

  • Optimising any future tech stack investments ensuring they deliver the required return when deployed

  • Supporting the Talent Innovation Centre (R&D) on evaluating new technologies and their place in our existing tech stack

  • Stimulating optimal usage of applications by providing the user community with information, training and proactive /reactive updates on new features and ways of working

  • Working with the internal MI team and Operations to configure what is needed in the system if the reporting needs change.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of projects and/or change management specifically in Resourcing, the RPO or MSP space. Ability to scope a new project, design a project plan, and successfully implement new technology within the Recruitment space is key for this change management role. Sound knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process for the hire of permanent and/or contingent workers is key. Hands on experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems and/ or Vendor Management Systems / CRM tools, Digital Assessment tools and Analytics tools would also be highly valuable for this role.
