Support Desk Technologist

job summary:

Support Technologist provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining.

Scheduled work hours will be from Monday to Friday 6am to 3-3:30. This schedule is a requirement. To also facilitate regular installations of equipment and help support our daily duties at CTS Direct and other duties as they become available. Will also help facilitate moves in the morning. Will need to have great customer service. Will need to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Will need little to no training or help getting started. A+ is a plus but not a requirement. At least 1-2 years experience working in an IT Windows environment. Mac experience is a huge plus. Will need a drivers license, required.

Experience with PC and Laptop repair.

Experience with Staging machines

Experience with Customer service being able to talk to customers face to face
