job summary:

You'll be working on our web-based, e-commerce application and partnering with Product Managers, SQA Engineers, DevOps, all within a mature Agile environment.

  • Develop new code and maintain existing code for our highly transactional & scalable, web-based software application utilizing the LAMP stack with a specific focus on PHP development.

  • Design API layers and microservices for cross-application communication, optimize back-end software for speed and scalability, and account for future website optimization.

  • Common third-party API's like Google and STRIPE.

  • You'll learn Magento software programming (the most highly used ecommerce system on the planet).

  • You'll create web services, REST/SOAP/JSON, that integrate to our backend software systems.

  • Programming experiences: LAMP Stack- PHP, MySQL, Linux; Object Oriented, HTML, SQL/PostgresQL

Software Engineer with 2-5 years' experience developing web-based applications, bringing your knowledge of scalable, transactional systems to deliver a world-class product.
