Call Center Representative Inbound

Do you enjoy communicating with people over the phone? Do you have excellent articulation , customer service and a cheery disposition?

Randstad is currently recruiting experienced Call Center Representatives, Inbound, to fill upcoming positions for the Midtown/Downtown, Southeast/East Memphis, and Bartlett/Cordova/Collierville/Covington and Germantown areas. General purpose will be answering incoming calls from customers to take regarding the company's products or service. Resolves customer issues without escalating calls to a higher level of

support.

Responsibilities:

As an Inbound Call Center Representative you will answer incoming calls, emails and messages from customers for researching solutions. Will research required information using available resources, manage and resolve customer complaints, and provide customers with product and service information. Will contact businesses or private individuals by phone, deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service. Responsible for describing products and services, respond to questions, identify and overcome objections while taking the customer through the sales process. Will obtain the customer information, obtain possible customer leads and include the potential customer data bases. Follow up on initial contacts and complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Review customer accounts and identify options that meet their current needs.

  • Answer customer questions and assists in problem resolution.

  • Accurately document all customer interactions in clear and thorough detail.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required.

2+ years or more of experience in customer service or call center.

Basic software skills required. (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Persuasiveness, tenacious, stress tolerance and high energy level.

Excellent communication skills with adaptability and good listening skills.
