UX Producer

job summary:

  • User Experience (UX) Producers provide project management and operational support in a design organization by increasing the productivity of the team through improved communication methods, connection points, artifact creation, and streamlined processes.

  • In this role, you are a master planner and a flexible project manager who can balance multiple tasks.

  • You will coordinate work cross-functionally, which may include UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing Leads.

  • You'll combine expert organizational skills with a passion for user experience to help your team craft and improve products that are used by billions of users.

  • You'll oversee budget and resources, and you'll manage executive communications related to your work.

  • Track and oversee vendor management and internal resources

  • Deliver work and comms in a way that establishes trust in the UX team

  • Act as a bridge, connecting groups and making sure interdependencies are understood and planned for

  • Identify creative team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management

  • Drive changes to make sure designers are working at optimum efficiency

  • Own the delivery of work


  • Demonstrated project management skills -Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 3-5 years experience in program/project management for UX/creative teams (agency, tech, etc.)

  • Familiarity with design, user research, and product development process

  • Ability to lead complex operational initiatives
