Latin-American Music Curator/Editor

job summary:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

*Drive the daily programming of music that caters to the US Latin audience, including pop catalog, moods, moments and children's music. Experience in Regional Mexican music culture is also required.

*Contribute to strategic bets and creative projects within Music Culture & Editorial, and represent US Latin Music Culture & Editorial in cross-functional bets within the Company.

*Identify and substantiate programming and playlist hypotheses.

*Curate and maintain a substantial number of varied playlists.

*Work cross-functionally with various teams to progress towards various content objectives.

*Analyze analytics and performance indicators of your own work.

WHO YOU ARE

*5+ years of experience in the music industry, where connecting and serving audiences with artists, creators and music in today's music and media landscapes have been an integral part of your job and missions.

*Deep knowledge of - and connection to - US Latin music and culture, artists, history, festivals, newcomers and influencers, with experience in Regional Mexican music required.

*You are able to lean on a good reputation and a strong network within the music industry.

*You are bilingual (English/Spanish)

*You're able to demonstrate a strong understanding of - and experience with - a fan who listens to Latin music, including Regional Mexican genres.

*You care about attention to detail and organisation, have a team spirit, strong work ethic, and a friendly, warm attitude.

*You have a story that demonstrates your passion for music that you can tell us about!
