Property Accountant

job summary:

Our client is a commercial real estate company in Newport Beach, located at Fashion Island!

They are seeking a Property Accountant to join their team!

location: Newport Beach, California

job type: Permanent

salary: $75,000 - 85,000 per year

work hours: 8 to 5

education: Bachelor's degree

experience: 3 Years


Property Accountant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review, analyze and reconcile property level general ledgers for accuracy

  • Input and review all property A/P invoices

  • Review and reconcile property related revenues

  • Input and review all property A/R

  • Setup new tenant's profile in system

  • Generate tenant monthly billings and bill backs.

  • Prepare and assist with all property CAM Reconciliations

  • Provide timely correspondence to property management requests

  • Assist with annual budget and forecast process

  • Assist with other special projects


The ideal Property Accountant will have the following experience:

  • Yardi Voyager

  • 3-5 years of accounting experience within property management

  • Experience with CAM Recs and be willing to do the day to day operations necessary
