Administrative Assistant

Where are my Administrative Assistant rock stars?

My client in South Orlando is seeking an employee who isn't afraid of wearing multiple hats and is a team player!

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests warmly via phone

  • Front office reception and administration duties

  • Handle company inquires

  • Sort incoming/outgoing mail

  • Answer phones in a professional manner

  • Assist in scheduling service

  • Maintaining a clean and inviting reception area and desk

  • Send emails and faxes

  • Take and relay messages

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

  • Previous reception experience

  • Positive and friendly demeanor

  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook knowledge

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education:

No Degree Required

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

  • Excel experience required

  • Quickbooks experience preferred

  • Data entry experience

  • Bilingual is a plus
