responsibilities:
The Finance Project Manager will report into the VP of Finance and support the company finance and accounting projects roadmap and initiatives. This position will analyze the dependencies across threads and develop plans for integration; work with the Executive Reporting and Status Management team to manage risks and issues; develop, maintain and manage assigned Finance and Accounting projects/enhancements scope, deliverables, approach, timelines, business resource plans, cost, governance and managing project change requests and drive continuous improvement or PM strategies and methodologies within the team.
qualifications:
Their ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance, 5+ years of experience relevant to PM work and managing financial application projects, including end to end implementations and a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business R12 and Finance and CRM Systems (SFDC, Hyperion FM, Hyperion Planning and others). It would also be ideal that someone have some experience in one of the following areas: Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R0), and financial planning business processes.
