Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Have you ever worked for a Produce Facility? If so this is the opportunity you have been searching for.We need Shipping/Receiving clerks in the Salisbury area for 4 day work weeks and every other weekend off. We are looking for hard working people to join our growing team today! We are seeking highly motivated associates who love to be on the move. We want to have great people like you.

Responsibilities:

-Account for incoming and outgoing merchandise

-Ensure refers are on and set to prescribed temperature on Dispatch Time Sheet

-Answer all incoming calls to Shipping/Receiving office

-Staging Lane and orders for each trip based on Pick Sequence priority and review drivers and carriers for each load; ensure there is a phone number for each driver or carrier

-Ensuring drivers are filling out the inbound and outbound driver log

-Schedule inbound appointment times with carriers and drivers

-Assist with unloading and loading inbound and outbound orders

-Assists in unloading or loading of product at the direction of Lead Supervisor

Working hours: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Skills:

-Team oriented

-Highly trustworthy

-Familiar with "Produce Pro" system

Education:

No Degree Required

Experience:

Experienced

Qualifications:

-Two years experience as Shipping and Receiving Clerk

-Computer literate

-Ability to operate a sit-down forklift

-Ability to operate hand-held scanner

-Reliable transportation
