Office Manager

A nation leading provider of Financial Services within the Banking industry is currently seeking an organized, detail oriented professional to join their Salt Lake City, Utah location.

This position is the initial contact of anyone that comes into the office, and the "go-to" for a variety of inquiries. Thus, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a strong sense of prioritization are crucial to be successful in this position.

responsibilities:

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial contact/greeting of anyone that comes into the office with an extreme level of professionalism.

  • Responsible for answering the phones and directing calls to the right department.

  • Manage the flow a floor of over 100 employees and with 6 departments.

  • Provide support for special ad-hoc projects within the organization and serve as a back- up for all other administrative duties.

  • Follow procedures to ensure control while providing customers with premier service.

  • Research, identify and deliver incoming mail and email to team members on the floor, along with assisting in the distribution of notices and other mailed/emailed items to external parties.

  • Support the floor as the primary resource for preparing outgoing Fedex packages and certified mail.

  • Perform daily imaging and scanning functions.

  • Coordinate and interface with other team members within.

qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree, and/or 3+ years work experience within a Financial Services institution.

  • Previous work experience in an office setting, or management role.

  • Previous work experience in a client service/customer service role or setting.

  • Strong sense of urgency and awareness of the office and surroundings.

  • Strong organization, detail orientation, and sense of prioritization.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated professional demeanor.
