Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist

This person must be able to work well in a fast paced environment, work independently as well as work well in a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Posts money for the operating company.

  • Ensures all batches are in balance.

  • Maintains deposit log daily which must tie to deposits posted by the bank on a monthly basis.

  • Files Accounts Receivable reports.

  • B2B Collections

  • Reviewing and approving credit applications

  • Prepares and posts A/R adjustments as directed by the Credit Manager.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
