Appointment Center Representatives in San Marcos, CA

Randstad is seeking a Service Representative (Appointment Setter) to join our World Class Client in San Marcos, CA, to work in their call center taking incoming calls from members. You will be responsible for booking appointments and sending messages out to clinics using PC systems by following guidelines from each Medical Department. You must be able to multi-task while working in a high volume environment, utilizing superior customer service skills to members.

Responsibilities:

Pay: $15.00-$15.50/per hr

4 month contract

San Marcos, CA 92069

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:

The ideal candidate should have:

Call center experience

EPIC/EMR Skills

Healthcare experience

Basic computer skills

Bilingual preferred but not required

Education:

High School
