Currently seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant for a large utilities company in Seneca, SC!

Responsibilities:

-Welcoming visitors and guests into the department

-Receiving, screening and directing incoming calls

-Managing emails and email distribution lists for guests and contacts

-Working Special Events as needed

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
