location: South San Francisco, California

salary: $53.33 - 59.32 per hour

work hours: 9am to 6pm

education: Masters



  • Manage the ophthalmic innovation group programs, including tracking of project milestones and progress, manage team's resources

  • Support pre-clinical and clinical activities including preparing of quality and clinical documentations, negotiating and executing agreements with external sites

  • Support vendors and external advisors including contract and payment execution, meeting logistics etc

  • Serve as a project expert and point of escalation


Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ year as program manager or equivalent experience.

  • MS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Medical device industry experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Ophthalmic device industry experience.

  • Clinical studies experience.

  • Strong verbal communication, characterized by clarity and influencing capabilities.

  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
