Experienced Human Resources Assistant

Randstad is currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant for a well established manufacturing company located in Sparta.


Candidate will greet guests/visitors, handle incoming mail, handle payroll, plan events, assist with many other Human Resources functions.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Duties will include but not be limited to:

Must have prior experience working in an administrative capacity

Assist with Human Resources

Assist with Payroll

Maintaining files

Oversees events for employees

Answering Phones

Other Duties as Assigned


High School




The ideal candidate:

  • Will be proficient in data entry

  • Must have prior experience working in an administrative capacity

  • Will have good Customer Service skills

  • Will have the ability to be self-directed

  • Must have experience handling confidential matters

  • Will be a quick learner
