Bilingual Admin/Customer Service

This position is in an office environment inside of a warehouse that handles home building supplies. Job details include greeting customers, translating if needed, answering phones, filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and other office duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for customer greeting, answering phones, data entry, other basic office work.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

*At least one- two years of Office Admin experience

*Bilingual in English and Spanish

*Previous experience at a Construction/Warehouse company in an office role.

Education:

High School

Qualifications:

*Computer Skills

*Typing and data entry

*Two positive work related references
