Medical Billing Specialist - Healthcare Customer Service Rep

We need your Medical Billing and or claims experience to answer telephone calls in a call center environment for the Medi-Cal Program for Providers and the Beneficiary Community

Responsibilities:

You will be working in a fast paced call center environment handling calls both inbound and outbound from customers inquiring about medical billing and claims

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Medical Billing and or claims experience

Education:

High School

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 1 year of medical billing or medical claims experience

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a call center work environment

• Ability to type 40 wpm

• Computer proficiency and the ability to work with multiple computer screens
